Please click on link below to view course map.  The course is a fast, flat, two-loop course for the Women's Only 5K and is a single loop for the kid's race.    

The Rules

(it is a race involving Mothers, there has to be rules )

• Play nice.  Line up according to respective finish time goal.

• No Headphones allowed

• The 5K is a Women's only race!  A participant does not need to be a Mother, just a female.

• No dogs or other animals

• No strollers, sorry!  This race takes place on open roads.  There will be police directing traffic and every effort will be made to ensure the safety of the participants.

• Only registered athletes with race numbers will be allowed on the course.
